It caters to the Field Services requirements of Clients in the Power Sector (Both for Utility as well as Captive / Industrial Power Plants) and Electrical Transmission & Distribution Systems in India as well as abroad.

PGEPL has floated a Joint Venture "BIN SHAFI - POWER GEM ENGINEERING" in Dubai (UAE) in collaboration with Messrs. Bin Shafi Group of Companies to exploit the business opportunities in UAE and Gulf Countries.

For meeting the existing and future requirements of Qualified Engineering Personnel and Skilled / Semi Skilled Technicians, PGEPL is on the look out for the following categories of Personnel-

1. Site Engineers for erection, testing and commissioning of Electrical Switchyards and distribution Systems
2. Maintenance Engineers for servicing, repairs, trouble shooting of Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Large Generators, Power Transformers, Construction of EHV Transmission Lines
3. Design of Protection Schemes for Power Plants and Switchyards
4. Testing Engineers for Protection and Protective Schemes
5. Field Quality Engineers
6. Safety Engineers
